Get GitLab Access

GitLab Access

1. Visit https://code.levelup.cce.af.mil/
2. Sign-in via CAC
3. Click FAMS portal
4. Click "System Authorization Access Request"
5. Click the Apply button for "JCWA"
6. Make sure request access for self is checked
7. Click "Start a New One" button
8. Personal Details and Organization details should be filled in already.
9. Fill in the following details on "Type of access" tab
   1. Team Key > 262COS > Developer access
   2. JAWS access > Yes > User level
   3. Justification for access > "Access required to perform duties at the 262 COS."
10. Sign on "Requester Signature" tab
11. Verify "Supervisor" tab has appropriate approver
12. Submit request
13. Wait a few days and check your email

CLI access

1. Once you get confirmation of being added to GitLab, sign in. If you do not have access to the Electric Eagle project, ask Ratliff to add you.
2. From your user-settings, create a personal access token (PAT)
   1. Name it
   2. Select a reasonable expiration date
   3. Select read_repository and write-repository
   4. Click Create personal access token
   SAVE YOUR PAT for later

   once you click create, scroll up, copy and save the generated PAT. It's a surprise tool that will help us later!
